How to Get a Small Business Loan: A Banker Shows You Exactly What to Do to Get a Loan (Small Business Series , No 1)
Published in Paperback by Sourcebooks Trade (March, 1998)
Author: Bryan E. Milling
Average review score:

Straightforward explanation of the commercial loan process
As a commercial lender myself, I find myself recommending this book both to prospective borrowers as well as to some branch managers who may be rusty on the Small Business Lending process.

This book gives easy to understand explanations and rationales behind some of the confusing things banks ask their borrowers to do. It gives simple examples and descriptions that help me interpret the process to my customers.

Even after many years of lending money to companies, I find myself reaching for it to remind me of little details I have forgotten. It is well-written and very useful.

I would suggest the author update to include credit scoring issues which are now common in the Small Business Banking arena.

How to Write Better Essays (Palgrave Study Guides)
Published in Paperback by Palgrave Macmillan (November, 2001)
Author: Bryan Greetham
Average review score:

Best on the market
Having looked at many many titles that purport to help students write better essays this is definitely the best.
The author has clearly taught and thought about this topic for some time and the needs of the student come first.
His explanations and examples are well outlined, and he gives lots of good reasons why a student should take the advice offered.
This is not a book about where to put a comma - this is about how to think, how to develop the skills needed to write well.
Although aimed at higher education students this book could easily be used by anyone wanting to write well.

Human Sexuality: Diversity in Contemporary America
Published in Hardcover by Mayfield Publishing Company (January, 1997)
Authors: Bryan Strong and Christine Devault
Average review score:

Human Sexuality at Its Best!
As an instructor of Human Sexuality, I have used several textbooks over the years and I always find that (while adequate) there is always something missing from each of them. You know what that means ... buying and using more supplementary materials.

This is the first textbook I have ever seen that is simply PERFECT just the way it is. I will use it in every single one of my future classes. The students, faculty and staff agree. This is the one Human Sexuality book the whole world should read.

Bravo!

If at First: A Season With the Mets
Published in Hardcover by McGraw-Hill (June, 1986)
Authors: Keith Hernandez and Mike Bryan
Average review score:

Every Met Fan Should Read This Book...
An excellent overview of the 1986 World Series champion New York Mets baseball team by first baseman and first-time author Keith Hernandez. He describes in detail the entire season, breaking it down game by game, citing the intricacies of each contest, leading to either victory or defeat. Hernandez also tells of personal happenings of his teammates, (i.e: young pitching phenom Dwight Gooden, and how he was able to manhandle each team he faced, and how he handled his newfound success emotionally.)and how Keith corrected himself during slumps. He also writes of how his good friend, Ed Lynch was traded away from the playoff contention Mets to the dismal Chicago Cubs. (which was especially traumatic for Lynch.) Information like this makes "If at First..." an excellent look at the grueling physical and emotional taxes pro athletes must endure.

The Instant Astrologer Book
Published in Paperback by United States Games Systems (September, 1900)
Authors: Felix Lyle and Bryan Aspland
Average review score:

Great book, but not the software.
While humming and hawwing as to which commercial Astrology software to purchase, I noticed the 'Instant Astrologer' software at a local bookstore ... and bought it. My first impressions were from the software itself: VERY poor. Some thoughts on it: Cons: - The Moon's North and South Nodes are not included in the planet listings for the chart, or anywhere else in the software. - The planet location of Pluto is off by about 25 minutes on 2 charts that I compared to my ... chart data (all other planets were the same at their coordinates) - The Orb widths are not setable within the software - There's no colour coordination at all, in Aspects between planets, shown by connecting lines. - The built-in Atlas for city/town locations is extremely small. - Adding your own name/etc. into the database is a little far from 'intuitively' done. It took me a little while to figure out how to save my own data.

Pros: - MANY people are included with the software, for examining famous people's birth charts.

However, the book included is EXCELLENT for the Beginner Astrologer. Many details are included within it that I've not seen covered in other books. For the [price] that I paid for this package, I'm VERY happy with the book, but outside of using the software for learning from the book, I'll be soon moving towards other commercial software.

Great Book - Is there a Sequel?
I have and still enjoy this book. This book is interesting, stick with it, it's fun to read. You can always go back for help with a subject that you don't understand. I don't know if the authors wrote a second book.

Inventing the AIDS Epidemic
Published in Hardcover by St. Martin's Press (October, 1994)
Authors: Bryan J. Ellison and Peter H. Duesberg
Average review score:

AIDS; Fungal Pathologies, RNA Viruses Prove ENZYME Source
AIDS: Often Pneumocystis Carnii Protozoa? P Carnii has now be reclassified as P. Carnii Ascomycetes Yeasts with 93% the same DNA as Candida Albicans Ascomycetes Yeast. This was Done in 1992 at Koshland Hall, Barbra Bowman, John W. Taylor and White.

Penicillins are often the correct medicines to give to stop Protozoa for correct treatment. Protozoa are animals and Penicillins are protein blockers that stop all animal life. But now P. Carnii are called plants or fungi/Yeasts. Protein blockers promote the P Carnii Yeasts to lethal levels. Sulfas treat the Yests.

Virtually all AIDS deaths are now with in the norm for the average populace when they are not treated with Penicillins, and are treated with sulfas such as Septra-DS.

ENZYMES; EN=FROM, ZYME=FUNGI All yeasts make building blocks for the RNA/DNA viruses. Yeasts make enzymes for protein assembly. When a different yeast is active, different building blocks are now available to rare and low level viruses. There is no patient #1 in the USA or Western Hemisphere. Those P Carnii and HIV viruses have been here all along.

They usually have a bad time getting started. Both are widely distributed and ancient. The promotion of the P Carnii by the use of Nitrates in the lungs by Gay Men made the P Carnii exponetial growth. Following was the growth of rare viruses such as the HIV. The HIV is an after the fact event. Thousands of AIDS patients never had the HIV/Virus.

The exception is the RULE! How can you have an HIV/Virus causing an illness if you never had the virus? All of the pathologies of the AIDS illness are fungal, none are ever caused by any virus. The illness is subdued by anti-fungal medicines and bacterial growth limiters which are also Fungi Limiters.

AIDS was not a fatal illness untill the adjunctive diets and medicines activated the resulting P Carnii with chemical abuses of the hedonistic life styles of the mis use of nitrogen inhalents coupled with the outragous abuse of penicillins as well as other fungal provocative foods and drugs and life styles.

AIDS is a symptom of irrational miss use of chemical excursions, highs, false safety practices of penicillins all of which lead to protein failure hence the Thrid World Protein starved look seen often in AIDS patients.

Just say no to drugs like the penicillins unless you really have an bacteria or Virus. Then they are only to be used for ten days. Many claim the Penicillins or other protein blockers do not work on viruses anyway but they seem to many to have a positive effect. Sulfas can be taken in long term usuage, protein blockers will stop or slow all life forms.

Honest treatment with out the use of Lactose sugar as a pill binder (WHEY)and other profungal chemistries should help any of the other AutoImmunities such as the Arthritis, IBD's, LUPUS, MS, ADD, Schizophrenia ( which is now proved to be an AUTOIMMUNE ILL), etc.

Rational living offers the best defense againest idiopathic ills. This includes diet and limited medicines. Taking medicines to prevent ills only works with those that can be immunized againest, which does not include any of the AUTO IMMUNES.
